Rachael Rollins is sworn in as U.S. Attorney for Massachusetts.

In a ceremony at the Moakley Court House, Rollins becomes the first African-American woman selected as U.S. attorney for Massachusetts. After a Department of Justice report finds her to have committed violations of the Hatch Act, Rollins resigns on May 19, 2023.
